He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Seymore Morrow and Beulah Pauline Morrow-Hartsell (Wolford); his former wife Sherry Watts; his children, Stacey Morrow and Mona Lowman; his brothers, Dickie Morrow and Tommy Morrow; and his sister-in-law Maryann Morrow.
He is survived by: his wife Gwen Morrow; his children, Billy Morrow, II (Christy), Serena Morrow, Becky Morrow Edwards (Dustin) and Tammy Morrow Windsor (Eddie); his brother Kenny; his sister-in-law Romarie Morrow; and his sister Judy Davenport. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
