She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Daniel and Mary Elizabeth Gist Learned; her husband William Holt Jr. (Bill); and her daughters, Katheryn Holt and Pamela Poston.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Joshua Theiss (Karen) of Del City, Carrie E. Theiss-Matthis (Shawn) of Moore, James Poston Jr. (Melissa) of Harrah and Katheryn Poston; her great grandchildren, Brighton, William, Charlette, Kaitlynn and Shelby; and her great great grandchild William Jr.. She is also survived by two brothers and five sisters. Survivors include her daughter.
