It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Eugene Wilkins of Harrah, Oklahoma, born in Olney, Texas, who passed away on October 12, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd Leroy and Norman Ruth Wilkins (Willerton). He is survived by : his wife Winellen Elaine Halbert; his sister Karen (Mark Alexander) of Fairland; and his siblings-in-law, Eileen Vaughan of Oklahoma City and George (Cindy Halbert) of Shawnee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
