She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Lee Thomas and Elsie May Thomas (Griffith); and her husband Johnny Shaffer. She is survived by: her former husband Anthony Pizzitola; her children, Joseph (Laurie Pizzitola) of Harrah and Becky (Tony Saleeby) of Harrah; her grandsons, Dustin, Jeff and Andrew; and her great grandchildren, Ayden, Noah, Riley, Tynlee, Grayson, Emmaleigh, Dustin, Jr., Paislee, Chase, Gage and Brylen.
