He is survived by : his wife Shelly; his father Ed Cantrell of Harrah; his children, Eric (Christy Cantrell) of Harrah, Anthony (Bethany Cantrell) of Harrah, Shelby (Jeffrey Newell) of Tulsa, Seth Mattox and Jenna Mattox of Medina, OH; his brothers, Jerry Cantrell (Kim) of Harrah, Jeff Cantrell and Mardi Gray of Tulsa; his grandchildren, Hunter, Hayley, Haden, Jayden, Nolan and Kyler; his nieces, Megan (Dennis Bluhm) of Harrah, Melissa (Zach Johnson) of Harrah and Emma (Dalton Myett); his nephew Nick Cantrell of Tulsa; his great-niece Maggie; his great-nephew Graham; his brother-in-law Pastor Jay Ramer (Ann Ramer) of Harrah; and also, Bailey, Davis and Drew.
