She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Surface and Irene Surface; her brother Jerry Surface; and her nephew Dennis Gilmore. She is survived by: her sons, Mike Gilmore (Christie) of McLoud and Rick Gilmore of Choctaw; her brothers, Larry of Missouri, Gary of Missouri and Terry Surface of Missouri; her grandchildren, Christy Gilmore, Lisa Banks, Stacie Heath, Olivia Gilmore, Dustin Koster and Dennis Gilmore; and her great great grandchild Allison. She is also survived by 13 great grand children.
