He was predeceased by: his parents, Geneva Rutledge (Yones) and Lynden Rutledge; his son Clifford Prigmore; and his siblings, Kendall and Ladonna.

He is survived by: his wife Louella Rutledge; his children, Bill Prigmore (Colette), Tammy Mayer (Stephen) and Terri Holke (Douglas); his grandchildren, Kyle Martin, Tyler Martin, Destiny Martin and Paul Mayer (Mandi); and his great grandchildren, Aubree Martin, Laramy Mayer and Avery Mayer.
