We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2023, at the age of 77, Gary Norman Milnes of Harrah, Oklahoma, born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Walt Milnes and Jean Stewart (Milnes); and his brothers, Richard Milnes and Kenneth Milnes. He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Milnes; his children, Christa Harrell (Craig Harrell), Curt Milnes, Danny Milnes (Julie Milnes), Macy Milnes and Anginette Lay (Nate Lay); his grandchildren, Tyler (Mackenzie), Brittany, Tony, René, Rachel, Joshua (Emma), Dorian, Jace, Raegan and Kaia; his great grandchildren, Nora and Rocky; and his siblings, Chris and Stan.
