He is survived by : his children, Michael (Joelle) of Westminister, MD, Tim (Tami) of Edmond, Kathy (Cliff) of Kansas City, MO and Susan Tate of Oklahoma City; his brother Everett (Myrna) of Bethany; his grandchildren, Kristen (Brad), Rachael (Cale), Nick (Toni), Garrett (Rose), Miranda (Nick), Lance (Rachel) and Amy (Joe); and his great grandchildren, Lilly, Jett Myers, Nash, Camden, Tatum, Beau and Jett Jarvis.
