He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Kenneth Mooney, Sr. and Martha Catherine Mooney (Adkins); and his brothers-in-law, Dick Smith and Clarence Mudgett. He is survived by : his daughters, Davinna Allensworth of Harrah and Crystal Lyons of Ohio; his grandchildren, Cody, Kyle, Neysa, Joshua and Hayden; his sisters, Lorene Mudgett of Bristow, Virginia Vaughn of Owasso and Mary Smith of Glenpool; and his friend Read Less. He is also survived by several nieces - nephews - and other relatives.

“I am very saddened to hear the news of Charles passing. Charles and I, along with my brothers and cousins were classmates at Olive High School and graduated together in May 1968 which is the last time I saw Charles. I send my condolences and sympathy to the entire Mooney family Rest in peach my friend. Stephen Cloud”
