He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Knox and Dolores Knox. He is survived by: his wife Cherri; his daughter Linsey (Dustin Price); his grandchildren, Dallee, Avery, Tyan and Levi; his daughter Lacey (Caleb Fairbrother); his grandchild Hadley; his son Zac (Cortney); and his sister DeAnn (Mike Bower). He is also survived by his parents, his wife and his kids.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Oklahoma Girls Basketball Coaches Association, 17146 CR 1518, Ada, OK 74820.
