She was predeceased by: her parents, Marge Dunlap and Henry Dunlap. She is survived by: her husband Jon Ertel (Cully); her daughters, Kellie Mead of Tulsa and Shawna (Curt Fain) of Tulsa; her grandchildren, Tyler Cheek, Teddie Sartor, Henry Mead, Ian Fain and Isaac Fain; and her siblings, John Dunlap (Paula) of Harrah, Rada Ennis of Harrah and Mikie Patrick (Kenny) of Harrah.
