She was predeceased by: her parents, William Arvy and Minnie Edna Carter (Rankin); her husband Jim Randles; and her son James Stephen Randles. She is survived by: her children, Philip Wayne Randles (Eve) of Ingram, Cheryl Ann Talley of Harrisonburg, Donna Luan Corsoe (Frank) of Toledo and Enid Loret Holt (Steve) of Borger; her daughter-in-law Marie Randles of Kilgore; her grandchildren, Tiffany Thomas (Jesse), Stephen Holt, Cynthia Randles (Omer Ozkul), Jim Randles (Mandy), Elizabeth Corsoe and Sarah Rhinehart (Chad); her brother Joe Carter (Darla) of Canon City; her siblings-in-law, Mary Ruthe Carter of Amarillo and Dean Randles of Hugoton; and her close friends, Tom, Phyllis Stephens, Jo Ann Tharp and Treva Richards. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
Memorials in memory of Bess may be given to the Hartville Cemetery.
