He is survived by: his children, Jefferey Lewis of Norman, Samantha Lewis of Ada, Jordan Lewis of Ada, Johnathan Lewis of Henryetta, Neil Lewis of Florence Colorado and Nathan Lewis of Hanna; his grandchildren, Jaidyn, Dakota, Olivia, Lennyx, Yazmine, Genesis, Bronxton, Amoura, Peighton and Scarlett; his mother Sissie Mae Lewis (Factor) of Hanna; and his sisters, Loretta Thomas of Okmulgee, Laura Artussee of Okmulgee, Frances Lewis of Eufaula, Pauline Lewis of Tecumsah, Chippie Lewis (Thomas Lewis) of Henryetta, Sampson Lewis of Henryetta, Shelley Jacobs of Okmulgee and Crystal Jacobs (Johnny Jacobs Jr.) of Okmulgee.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Integrity Funeral Service (410 E Trudgeon St, Henryetta, OK 74437). A wake was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the BIG Cussetah United Methodist Church (20566 Prairie Bell Rd, Morris, OK 74445). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
