She was predeceased by: her father George Stephens; her husband Billy Frank Miller; her daughter Connie Miller; her mother Opal Wilkins (Brown); her siblings, Ted Wilkins and Linda Wilkins; her grandson Heath Potter; and her great grandchild Allen Musick.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Grange of El Reno, Mindy Horn (Randy) of Elk City, Oklahoma and Steve Miller of Hammon, Oklahoma; her brother Robert "Bob" Wilkins of West Virginia; her grandchildren, Frankie Musick of Springdale, Tammy Cape of Elk City, Jamie Forester of Elk City and Kayla Thomas of El Reno, Oklahoma; and her great grandchildren, Catlin Gilliland of Elk City, Lacey Frost of Elk City, Landie Forester of Elk City, Bryson Frost of Elk City, Blaine Frost of Elk City, Rusty Forester of Elk City and Zailey Thomas of El Reno, Oklahoma.
