He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Ruth Dugger; his grandparents, Richard, Irene Dugger and Evelyn Binyon; his great-uncle Brown Dugger; his great-aunt Ruth Dugger; his uncle Eddie Binyon; and his aunt Betty Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Becky Dugger of Hammon, Oklahoma; his children, Dillon Dugger (TaKeyah) of Hammon, Oklahoma and Kyndal Dugger of Hammon, Oklahoma; his granddaughter Hadleigh Dugger of Hammon, Oklahoma; his father Richard L. Dugger (Cindy) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and his brother Richard L. Dugger II (Tammy) of Elk City. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
