He is survived by: his wife Shirley Sparks of Weatherford, OK; his daughters, Sherry Sparks of Midwest City, OK and Debbie Scott (James) of Hammon, OK; his grandchildren, Darin Scott of Hammon, OK, Dylan Scott (Corianne) of Foss, OK and Devin Scott (Madeline) of Joplin, MO; and his great grandchild Emery Blake Scott. He is also survived by extended family and a host of friends.
