He is survived by: his sons, Mark Stine of Haileyville, Marty (Ruby Stine), Billy (Stacy Herring) and Daniel Herring; his grandchildren, Heydi Eckles, Colby Rogers, Zac Stine, Katherine Waters, Krystal Gobin, Daniel Herring, Lisa Nichols, Dallas Herring and Nathan Herring; his siblings, Joyce Ballinger of Hartshorne and Lonnie Stine of Dallas; and his nephews, Lane Stine, Wes Groom and Lin Groom.
