He was predeceased by: his children, Steven Ray Wells, Charles Earl Wells and Tammi Rayette Blehm (Wells); his brothers, Arnold J. Wells and Larry D. Wells; and his grandchildren, James Wesley, Steven Ray, Jr., Billy Wayne Wells, Amber, Timothy and James Utley.
He is survived by: his significant other Connie Daniel of Goodwell; his siblings, Donald Wells of Guymon, W. D. Wells of Liberal, Kansas and Yvonne Corderman of Enid, Oklahoma; his stepson Matthew (Kelsi Daniel); his children, Wylee of Goodwell, Avery of Goodwell, Oakley of Goodwell and Emily Daniel of Goodwell; his granddaughter Destini Utley; and his great grandchildren, Domonique of Guymon, Alivia of Guymon and Zander Utley of Guymon. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
