It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rex L. Winters (Guymon, Oklahoma), born in Amarillo, Texas, who passed away on July 25, 2019, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Verl Winters; and his brother Dennis Winters. He is survived by: his mother Ellen Winters of Plano, Texas; his brothers, Larry Winters (Belinda) of Amarillo and Mark Burkhall (Sheila) of Plano, Texas; and his close friend Nancy Jones of Guymon. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
