She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Johnson and Vononna Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Charles Mathis; her daughters, Kim Zigler (Greg) of Guymon, Kristina Roberts (Mike) of Guymon and Kathryn Mathis (Marina) of Oklahoma City; her grandchildren, Megan, Adam Zigler, Kara Bailey, Emily Payne, Katelyn Fischer, Benjamin and Hugo Mathis-Rabinovich; her great grandchildren, Wesbrook Johnson, Wren, Ivy Zigler, Noah, Katherine, MollieBailey, Liam, Harper Payne, Milton and Margaret Fischer; and her sister Paula Bloyd of Kansas City. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and countless friends.

The family requests that donations be made to Sunset Lane Baptist Church, Oklahoma Baptist Disaster Relief, or Camp Gibson of Panhandle Baptist Association.
