She was predeceased by: her parents, George Headrick and Maryanna Headrick (Hensley); her husband Truman Hintergardt; her siblings, Georgia Hill Williams, Myrtle Pettijohn, Jacob, Melbourne, Donald, Warren, Harlin, Ronald and Ivan Headrick; and her siblings-in-law, Donald Hintergardt (Esther), Patsy, Louise, Mable, Roberta and Alice Headrick.
She is survived by: her children, Development, Reading, Trulena Green, Michael Hintergardt (Cynthia), Fred Hintergardt (Arla) and Rhonda Blades (John); her grandchildren, Terryll Gloden (Debbie), Kimberly Clark (Thomas), Jared Hintergardt (Amy), Christi Sticha (Michael), Jordan Hintergardt (Hailey), Honnie Dudley, Erica Hintergardt and Mallory Toles (Andy); her great grandchildren, Colton Dudley (Gillian), Hannah, Lainey Gloden, Gary, Dustin, Lena Clark, Levi, Michael Hintergardt, Sterling, Sylvia Sticha, Ainsley and Jaxon Toles; her sisters-in-law, Marjorie Headrick and Marilyn Headrick; and her close friend Erin Smith. She is also survived by three great-great grandchildren.
