She is survived by: her spouse Wesley Sample; her children, Jim Sample, Teina Sample of Straight, Shona Moore, Jeff Moore of Amarillo, Donald Sample and Fransisca Sample of Houston; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Cameron Mathis, Kim, John David Wing, Ryan, Jamie Nevius, Mandy Nevius, Lindsey, Matt Nesbitt, Derek and Hannah Moore; her great grandchildren, Emma Wing, Jacie Nevius, Camryn Wing and Cole Wing; her stepgrandchild Jennifer Scruggs; her brother Joe Murdock (Mary) of Idaho; and also, Marge Sandoval of Colorado and Langley Jones of Oregon.
