He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess M. Clark and Vida Marie Clark (Butler); his daughter LaDonna Clark; and his siblings, Harold, Gerald, Larry Clark and Evelyn Bowers.

He is survived by: his children, Monica Ronne (Shawn) and Travis Clark (Susan) of Guymon; his grandchildren, KayLea Clark of Tulsa, Nathan (Macie Ronne), Austin Ronne of Guymon, Bradley (Amy Clark), Keela Clark of Norman, Cytorie (Colton King), Ryan (Missy Clark) and Tyson (Anna Clark); and his sister Trixie Johnson of Tampa, Florida.. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
