He is survived by: his parent James Lewis; his child Katherine Christine; his mother Anna Frances Mayer (Witt); his wife Mary Anne Mayer (Atkins); his children, Katherine Mayer Christensen (Laurits) of Evergreen, CO, Margery Angela Rice (Chad) of Guymon, OK and Joe Paul Mayer (Paige) of Guymon, OK; his grandchildren, Sarah Christensen, Eric Rice, Gunnar Rice, Shadi Nettles, Seth Mayer and Paislee Boles; his siblings, Anna Jane Skelton (Mayer) of Hooker and James Kim Mayer (Dallas) of Hooker; and his brother-in-law John Atkins of Amarillo, TX. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
