He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Frazier and Leila Frazier (Leonard); his wife Nelda Marie Thieman; his grandchildren, Malea Frazier-Wilson and LaKota Wilson; and his brothers, Doug and Leonard Frazier.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy K. Frazier of Guymon, Lisa Wilson (Chad) of Guymon, Kristy Frazier (Jason Parton) and Brian Frazier (Suzanne) of Gruver; and his siblings, Evelyn Ness, Patt Bromley, Melvin Frazier (Betsy), Jesse Frazier (Dana) and Clint Frazier (Zorine). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, fifteen great grandkids, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family request memorials in memory of Jerald be given to the Hansford Hospice.
