It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Hoffman (Guymon, Oklahoma), who passed away on September 14, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Arthur and Hazel Luella Davis (Johnson); and her daughter Frankie Marie Hoffman. She is survived by: her former spouse Cleo Prather; her spouse Francis "Frank" Andrew Hoffman; her sister Sammy R. Bartley of Liberal, KS; and her children, Sam Prather (Patricia) of Prescott Valley, AZ, David L. Hoffman of Scottsdale, AZ and Pam Trusdale (Tom) of Topeka, KS. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
