He was predeceased by: his parents, George Willis and Mary Alta Smith (Remmel); his sister Alta Mae Smith; and his son Mike Smith. He is survived by: his wife Joy Smith; his sons, Danny Smith (Debbie) of Enid and Pat Smith (Karla) of Guymon; and his sister Willibelle Parham of Waverly, Iowa. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
