She was predeceased by: her parents, George McDaniel and Lota McDaniel (Proffit); her sons, Jimmy Charles Drake and Cecil Lee "Sonny" Drake, Jr.; her granddaughter Anna Drake; and her siblings, Janie Lee McDaniel, Neoma McGinley and James McDaniel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Tooley of Guymon, Brenda George (Joey) of Lexington and Glinda Harvey of Beaver, Oklahoma; and her sisters, Peggy Hall of Billings, Melba Helms of Cache and Barbara Weaver of Hamlin, Texas. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorial donations in Fay's name can be given to the Ronald McDonald House or Reba's Ranch House.
