He is survived by: his parents, Alex Salinas and Sarah Salinas of Guymon; his wife Tasha; his children, Eric Soto and Alina Soto; the mother of his children Iris Soto of Emporia, KS; his children, Angel Madrid of Guymon, Serenity Mata of Guymon and Kimberly Ibarra of Oklahoma City, OK; his grandchildren, Nevaeh, Ariel, Melanie, Mahlia, Mia and Madrid; his siblings, Karina Salinas of Guymon, Victoria Maes (Eddie) of Guymon, David Soto (Rhonda) of Tupelo, OK and Alex Salinas (Vanessa) of Guymon; and his grandparents, Lucy Arciva of Emporia, KS and Zeferina Puente of Guymon.

Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bunch - Roberts Funeral Home (122 NE 7th St, Guymon, OK 73942). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Victory Center Church (2032 US-64, Guymon, OK 73942).
