He is survived by: his wife Camie Lundgrin; his brother Richard Dean of Bethany, Oklahoma; his sister-in-law Anita Trimpe; his sister Regina; his brother-in-law Bruce Anderson; his sister Nancy of Hooker, Oklahoma; and his brother-in-law Bill Lines of Hooker, Oklahoma. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
