He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Garret and Bertha Marie Eggers (Fischer); and his siblings, Vernon Eggers, Jerry Eggers and Betty Lou Eggers.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Wilson of Canon City, Danny Lee Eggers of Canon City and Beulah Eggers of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his grandchildren, Christian Wilson, Zavannah Ackman, Riley Wilson, Sergio Mendoza, Hannah Wilson and Javier Mendoza; and his brother Ryal "Bud" Eggers of Colorado Springs, Colorado. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
