She is survived by: her children, John O'Leary (Linda) of Guymon, Darlene of Guymon, Ketcherside of Guymon and Patty O'Leary of Guymon; her grandchildren, David, Tammy, Beth, Kenny, Jay, Melissa, Jimmy, Bryan, Jason, Sabrina and Patrick; and her sister Leta Warren of Grove.
