He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Willard and Erma June Scroggs (Clay). He is survived by: his wife Carol Scroggs; his daughters, Denise Hoffman (Randy) of Conifer, Linda Wolf (Dale) of Grand Junction and Sinda Ennis of Lakewood, Colorado.; and his siblings, Kathlene McKinney of Canon City, Joy Hurley (Tony) of Palisade, Clay Scroggs (Eunice) of Montrose and Aaron Scroggs (Terrie) of Paonia. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Ames name can be made to Victory Center Building Fund.
