He was predeceased by: his parents, Nolen Welch and Myrtle Elizabeth Welch (Dotson) of Guthrie; his former wife Rae Welch; and his wife Marjorie Welch. He is survived by: his daughters, Danna (JC Trout) of Fort Worth and Rhonda (David Bench) of Guthrie; and his grandchildren, Camie (Brian Adams), Ashley (Shylia Trout), Jami (Jerome Fogle), Cori (Adam Clements) and Nick (Shana Bench). He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
