He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leroy and Doris Fern Jones (Kimball); and his wife Geraldine Jones (Breedlove). He is survived by: his children, Barbara Ruth Staggs (Virgil) and Shawn Jones (Sharman); his siblings, Charles Jones (Rosa Lee) and Fern Vaughn; his grandchildren, Joshua (Shauna), Rebecca (Jerimy), Shayla, John and Rachel; and his close friend Patsy Clay. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that memorials be made to Community Church in honor of Bill.
