He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Sullivan; his grandparents, Bob and Loraine Sullivan; his aunt Barbara; his grandmother Della DuBois; his uncles, Donnie, Leslie and David DuBois; and his aunt Sharon Rose.
He is survived by: his mother Kimberly DuBois of Guthrie; his son Mason Ryan DuBois (Madison Rhodes) of Guthrie; and his siblings, Lakisha Dearman (Richard), Trina Jordan of Guthrie, Bobbie DuBois, Raymond Jordan of Guthrie, Eric and Jeremy Laduke of Oklahoma City.
