She was predeceased by: her parents, Erle Ellsworth and Vera Madura Forbes (Hassler); her husband Leslie; and her sons, Joseph Erle Busbee and Jonathan Ray Busbee.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip G. Busbee of Guthrie, Jeanne Eck (Herschel) of Bartlett and Angela Gellenbeck (Dan) of Gravel Switch; her daughter-in-law Dee Ann Busbee of Guthrie; and her siblings-in-law, Leland Busbee (Barbara) of Lorena, Sandra Porter (Richard) of Lake Park, Dorothy Busbee of Woodward, Maxine Busbee of Edmond and Elke Forbes of Sylmar, California.. She is also survived by Eighteen grandchildren, Twelve great-grandchildren.
