He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Franklin "Frank" and Beatrice Slater (Pack). He is survived by: his wife Patty; his son Stevie Slater (Crystal) of Edmond; his sister Frankie Evans of Edmond; his brothers-in-law, Ronnie Phillips and Steven Ray Renaker; his grandchildren, Sierra Brown of Edmond, Caleb Slater of Edmond and Madison Slater of Edmond; and his aunts, Shirley Ford and Patsy Acton (Jerry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
