He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel White and Ruby Marie White (Vanhoutan); his wife Alta Ruth White; and his grandsons, Ryan Trevor White and Andrew Jordan White.
He is survived by: his son Sam White (Vicki) of Hutchinson; his siblings, Don White (Donna) of Guthrie, Willie White (Linda) of Guthrie and Judy Musil of Edmond; and his grandchildren, Stephen Zmek (Kendra), Cameron Zmek (Madeline), Destany White, Lily White, Marcus Marshall (Dustie), Lindsey Dervin (Derek) and Jessica Webb (Everett). He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
