He was predeceased by: his sister Diana Jean Bittner; his siblings-in-law, Gary Bittner and Mary Lazar; and his parents, George Lazar Sr. and Eleanor Lazar.
He is survived by: his brother George Lazar; his daughter Olivia Kay Lazar; and his close friend Patty.
