It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rhonda Welch (Guthrie, Oklahoma), born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on February 17, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Robert Dean and Geraldine Dean; her daughter Emily Danielle; her husband Terry Welch; her brother Robert (Shelly); and her brother-in-law Jerry (Laura). She is also survived by three nieces, four nephews.
