He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Lyle and Ruth V. Moseley; and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his brother Richard Moseley; his niece Becky Conner (Ronnie); his great-nephews, Ashton and Chad; his nephew Bradley Moseley (Lori); his great-nieces, Celsie and Abigail; and his great-nephew Cale.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Philip's name to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 3100 Samford Avenue, Shreveport, Louisiana 71103.
