She was predeceased by: her parents, Freeman Cooke and Lorene Cooke; and her sister Marcia Goode (Don). She is survived by: her grandchild Addy Kate; her daughters, Dana Curtin (Shane) and Diana Waddell (Steve); her grandchildren, Cale Curtin, Addy Kate Hlad, Blake Curtin and Jackson Waddell; and her brother-in-law Bob Goode. She is also survived by two nieces and three nephews.
