She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Writesman and Mabel Writesman (Ott); her son Shane Dickey; and her brother Gordon Writesman (Dean Coffey). She is survived by: her children, Pam Headlee of Norman, Greg Breeden of Guthrie, Douglas Stratts (Stephanie) of New Braunfels and Jeff Ward Sr. (Rhonda) of Guthrie; her daughter-in-law Kara Dickey of Wichita Falls; and her sister Linda Gilmore of Jenks. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren.
