He is survived by: his children, Carl Gene Wilkins (Susan Wilkins), Debra Jane Patterson (Bill Patterson) and Nomer James Wilkins (Robbin Wilkins); his significant other Dorothy Sell; his children, Laura (George Slay), Jennifer (Jerry Summerfield) and Chip (Marnie Sell); and his siblings, Arlene Chambers of Morville, Louisiana and Roger Wilkins of Sugar Grove, Arkansas. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
