Maxine Daisy Rudkin Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maxine Daisy Rudkin of Guthrie, Oklahoma, born in Calvin, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 18, 2025 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Maxine Daisy Rudkin to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Benjamin and Daisy Lee Elledge; her husband Pat; her siblings, Imogene, Kenneth, Ronald and Donald; her son-in-law James Thomas Wooden; her brother-in-law Norwyn Lees; and her granddaughter Megan Majka.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Wooden, Debbie Brooks (Bobby) and Vicky Mallory (Morris); her siblings, David Elledge and Barbara Lorenz; her sisters-in-law, Diane Cremer-Lees and Carol Rudkin; and her grandchildren, Jeff Wooden (Dena), Colby Coker (Corie), Patrick Mallory (Lindsey), Ashley Smith (Jason) and Jason Brooks (Heidi). She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Abernathy Funeral Home (201 N Hickory St, Crescent, OK 73028). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Noble Avenue Baptist Church (1219 W Noble Ave, Guthrie, OK 73044).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Maxine's name to Companion Hospice.
