She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph White and Fannie White; her husband Martin Bickerstaff (Doc); and her daughter Gina Thurman. She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Lovingshimer (Larry) and Debbie Elledge; her grandchildren, Vonda Lawson-McKee (John), Rachel Reynolds, Damon Thurman (Angel) and Nichole Lewis (Michael); her great grandchildren, Tyler McCaslin (Paige), Tristen McKee (Carissa) and Sebastian Lewis; and her great great grandchildren, Ellie, Wyatt and Archie. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
