She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret Fox; and her siblings, Virginia Crumb, Gene Fox, Barbara Vaughan (Bobbie) and Doug Fox.
She is survived by: her father Otto Fox; her husband Henry Edward Bloch; her children, Keith Bloch (Debbie) of Edmond and Nannette Hight (Joe) of Edmond; her grandchildren, Kris Bloch (Jenna) of Norwood, Mass., Elena Hight of Oklahoma City and Elyse Hight of Chicago, Ill.; and her great grandchildren, Henry and Ruby Bloch. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
