She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Mae Higgins (Mahan) and Marvin Wesley Higgins; her son Lonnie Sturgell; and her brothers, Joe, Kenneth and Willie Higgins.
She is survived by: her husband Loyd Ellenberg; her brother Clifford Higgins (Teri) of Purcell, Oklahoma; her children, Donnie Sturgell (Alpha) of Blanchard and Ronnie Sturgell of Choctaw, Oklahoma; and her stepchildren, Wayne Ellenberg (Carole) of Houston, Carol Jean Ellenberg of Mobile and Tracey Best (Billy) of Stigler, Oklahoma.. She is also survived by six grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
